About Troy Fletcher:

Troy Fletcher received his real estate license in Florida in 1972. He began selling orange groves, residential properties, and restaurant locations; then managed office buildings through his company of Erickson-Fletcher Investments. His career took a turn when he was recruited for an opportunity to manage real estate offices. Over a period of 23 years, those offices transitioned from Village Realty to Merrill Lynch Realty, to Prudential Realty, to Prudential Florida Realty, to Arvida Realty Services and to Coldwell Banker.

Beginning in 2003, Troy became involved with the St Joe Company in the development of the remaining property in Celebration, Florida – Artisan Park, a new home community of 300 single family homes and 300 condominiums. As Director of Sales, he successfully completed that project in 2007.

In April 2008, Troy returned to commercial real estate. Then in August a new challenge of finding and bringing properties to auction with Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty was presented to him. Since joining Stirling Sotheby's International Realty, he has added auctions to his commercial experience. Troy recently completed a six million dollar builder’s closeout auction of condominiums in Celebration, Florida.

Troy has earned his CRB and E-Pro designations and has been a member or the Orlando Regional Realtors Association for 33 years. He has been active with Rotary, Toastmasters, Seminole Chamber of Commerce, Cornerstone Hospice and Northland Church. His hobbies are Golf, Motorcycles, Civil War History, Running and Travel.
