PALM COAST, Fla. – Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty recently negotiated the sale of 31 condominiums at Palm Coast Resort for $9.9 million. Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty said Commercial Alliance Group, a Sanford-based real estate and financial services company, acquired the condominiums and hopes to acquire the remaining assets at Palm Coast Resort, including a 96-slip marina, marina store, fueling facility and land for additional development. Dallas-based Centex Destination Properties was the seller.
